Return Policy

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• If products received are not the ones ordered, we apologize! We will arrange for you to return it free of charge and send you exactly what you requested.
• If a product is flawed upon receipt, please contact us in order to find the best way to make it up to you.
• Returns of unused products are accepted within 14 days from purchase, as long as documentary evidence of such purchase is presented and products are in their original packaging, with their labels on. Please ship returned products to 70, Agion Panton Street, 176 71 Kallithea, Greece.
• Used, torn, damaged or broken items are not accepted for returns.
